Winter Club is a private dinner/dance club for couples, which holds its dances at the Kitsap Golf & Country Club on the first Saturday of October, November, December, February, March and April. Members dress formally: tuxedos for men, formal evening wear for women. Participation in Winter Club does not require membership in the Kitsap Golf & Country Club.
Winter Club dues are prepaid and used to contract with live bands. Each member couple is assigned to one of six dance committees. Each dance committee develops the theme, decorations, invitations and overall coordination for their assigned dance. Funds are provided each committee for this purpose.
The night of the dance, members begin arriving around 6:00 PM with dinner served at 7:00 PM. The dance band starts at 8:30 PM. Bringing guests is encouraged, but a guest may only attend once for free in a lifetime. New applicants for membership are sponsored by Winter Club members
