Winter Club is a private dinner/dance club for couples, which holds its dances at the Kitsap Golf & Country Club on the first Saturday of October, November, December, February, March and April. Members dress formally: tuxedos for men, formal evening wear for women. Participation in Winter Club does not require membership in the Kitsap Golf & Country Club.
Winter Club dues are prepaid and used to contract with live bands. Each member couple is assigned to one of six dance committees. Each dance committee develops the theme, decorations, invitations and overall coordination for their assigned dance. Funds are provided each committee for this purpose.
The night of the dance, members begin arriving around 6:00 PM with dinner served at 7:00 PM. The dance band starts at 8:30 PM. Bringing guests is encouraged, but a guest may only attend one Winter Club dance without becoming members.

GUESTS:
Regular and Snowbird members shall be permitted to sponsor guests. Sponsors are responsible to inform their guests of the event dress code, and are responsible to ensure the payment of the guests’ meals, whether or not the guests actually attended. Each guest shall be limited to one dance attendance to see if they would like to join. If they do not choose to join but would like to attend other dances, they will pay a $40 fee per couple for each dance in addition to the cost of their meals. Dress codes for guests are a tux/dark suit and/or long gown or cocktail dress.
